Life coaching focuses on where you are now and where you’d like to be in a specified time frame. During the coaching engagement, we discuss specific goals you’d like to achieve and obstacles and behaviors that may be preventing you from reaching these goals. We also discuss action plans that help you move forward on your desired path. Life coaching does not go in depth about past issues in order to resolve them.
